How fast would a vehicle be going in order to catch fire?

I was wondering if it works differently than a human catching fire, which would be Mach 5.

For an example, if a skateboard were to catch fire, it'd still be Mach 5?
probably would be slower if it was just the skateboard since feats such as that area about how the air molecules can't catch up with the human body's area making it catch on fire with a smaller area there's less friction with that and the air
