If Zoro scarring Kaidou and beat King warrants 6-a, what did Sanji or Queen do to warrant that?

How does Sanji scale to Continent lvl? Also how does Queen?

Queen via stronger than any Tobiroppo and overpowered X Drake, whose fought eventually with base Raid Zoro, and block Yamato attack although falling after that and Sanji via bleeding Queen and defeat him

Scaling chain is:
Diable Jambe Sanji > Base Sanji ~ Hybrid form Queen > base Queen > base X Drake ~ base Yamato ~ base Kaido ~ Blackbeard ~ Whitebeard > Fujitora's meteor (Continent level).
So Diable Jambe Sanji >>> base Kaido.
Or Diable Jambe Sanji >>>> Continent level meteor.
(Frankly, I think this is a bit insane but that is what is on our profiles currently)

Drake downscales from Yamato in base to Baseline 6-A, in no way is he equal to Yamato
His durability in Zoan is 1.032 petatons via tanking Apoo's 1 petaton DF off screen, but this scales to no one but CP0 since Queen only drew blood from his base form, which puts base queen above base drake
Drake was also confident that even in base he could take down Apoo, and fought Apoo in base off-screen, so his base should be at least comparable to Apoo's "base".
