Can someone help better explain Quantum manipulation? This power seems rather confusing to me and I'd love for explanation on it.

It's suppose to be confusing, that's what Quantum Physics is. Well, you basically control how the fabric of the universe work in a physics sense, as the thing that make the universe tick happen in quantum scale. For instance, you could create a brand new particle that applied to a new force that can't interact with anything else, making it a work in fufility.

That's a broad definition of Reality Warper, so technically you could just control everything, like in any other verse. For Mahouka though, that's mean manipulating even the system and the source itself to your liking (Like in any other verse)

Basically you could control the position and timing of every single matter and energy exist within the Time-space Continuum that you could control. For example, you could violate the Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle by freezing time and limiting space.

Asking that is like asking: "Is being the hacker qualified you to be a computer engineers that could build it from scratch?". The answer: It's depend. If you have enough skill for it and have enough material, or it's you who create it in the first place, you could do that. Otherwise, if you only be a lawyer and abusing the law for the hell of it, you can't really escaped it, not to mention create it.

Something that wouldn't allow it to touch you. In term of hacking, it's like making your information in the system be inaccessable to outsider that want to mess with it, by removing yourself out of the system, or have an anti-magic countermeasure. For example, Imagine Breaker could work.

Antivirus magic? Since it's basically a bunch of code that tell the system what to do, you need to have that same system not doing some shit like that, either by tell it, or block it from affecting, or pretty much just have a backup somewhere and a program to load it. Just like how you deal with hacker in real life.
