What are the Core Elements and Concept and Information interraction in GOH?

Since in neither Mori's or Mujin's profile for some reason the "[See Note]" parts are accessible as a link anymore on the explanation for Conceptual Manipulation and Information Manipulation, I will need someone to clarify to me how this works.

Like I do know that these are instances where Mujin stole someone's core, which is the source of their life and power, but how does this exactly work? Can this be used amidst battle? Can he just pull out anyone's soul among their information and concepts from them and destroy it?

Yes. If you check vs threads it's commonly used as an argument.
As to how exactly, idk. You would have to ask Azontr or someone else who worked in the threads and blocks surrounding it to explain
