How do you kill someone with NP, Transduality and AE

I'm in an argument with a friend, and he says there is no way to kill a character like this.

I personally don't believe so but I'm not a hundred percent sure. From what I can tell it's type 2 for all three of them.

Is he right? If now what character could kill this?

Looking at transdual, Types 1-2 are def beatable. Type 3 and 4, idk much about

Type 2 AE can be hit by anyone, you need concept manip to kill them though.

Nep now has a bunch of aspect types as well, but the minimun would be idealistic nonexistence and spiritual, so you need conceptual or information manip

Transduality type 2 seems to be more of a potetial for abilities that makes you untouchable rather than a ability itself, as you can be outside of matter/antimatter or damage/healing or maybe interact/avoid, but without context, you can be touched
