How do you bypass High and True Godly regen?

I know that for Low-Godly you need existence erasure and for Mid-Godly you need at least Type 2 Conceptual Manipulation, but how or what abilites do you need to bypass High and True Godly?

I believe Type 1 can kill True Godly(if they are on the same lever of 1-A) since True Godly is just regen after being destroy on a 1-A scale not regen after your Concept being destroy on a 1-A scale.
