How do I make a character have resistance to all abilities in the multiverse?

only if the characters have knownledge of every ability in the multiverse or at least a significant amount
Lord english has resistance to basically every homestuck hax due to being regarded as indestructible by pretty much all characters, including those aware of most powers in existence, a nigh omniscient guy and the author, and not being affected by fighting a bunch of them off screen

This being is the most powerful character in his work, and he has cosmic consciousness, he plays boards like the Universes, and all the characters show fear for him, Would that be enough?

1- needs to be stated by knowledgeable people who have prior knowledge to all forms of powers and abilities within the multiverse.
2- making sure the statements aren’t hyperbolic.
3- imo the character has to demonstrate a prior resistance to some of those (not all cause that will be an absurd thing to ask for) abilities, works as supporting evidence.

well for the char you are speaking specifically......well, when he is already faster and stronger than anyone else with fast Existance Erasure, no one would have time to activate any ability before getting erased, hence he wouldn't need any resistance at all to be undefeatable

Well not sure about that then, it is more so due to the fact that no one can just stand up to him since they will instantly get erased, but if you have more evidence then it should be fine.

Would the fact that his right hand man can power null and reality warp be more evidence?
Also the GP noted that had anyone made a selfish wish the super shenron Zeno would have erased them, wouldn't that imply that there was no wish anyone could have made that would mean anything to Zeno?

Wish granting = Reality Warping on this site, so that would give Zeno a simple resistance to reality warping in that case

If the user asked the dragon to kill Zeno sure, if he asked the dragon to give him the strength to throw a galaxy for instance, pretty sure that won't be RW if the person tried to throw someone else
