Surprised despite having upgrades and calcs for the verse, that nobody has made a discussion thread dedicated to the series somehow. Glad nobody did, because I get to be the one to start an official discussion thread dedicated to my most favorite light gun game franchise of all time, whether in the arcades or beyond and that's:
House of the Dead series.

Like @Tonygameman, I am a somewhat huge addict of light gun rail shooter-themed arcade games, especially from Japanese developers like Sega, Namco Bandai, Konami, and possibly Taito. I think light gun rail shooter games and most other arcade game series (outside of fighting games, racing games, and maybe beat em up games from the classic era especially) are extremely underrated and underappreciated, even moreso in powerscaling and battleboarding like a number of other certain things I love and have some extensive attachment and obsession with. But most of all as far as light gun game series go, no one does them better than Sega and what better game to represent Sega in that genre than this series.
Discuss ladies and germs.
