Yeah, i said Vlad will be next and here we are. At first i gonna use Absol again but then i remember Houndoom, so Houndoom is the opponent of Vlad instead! The Lord Impaler against Red Hellhound pokemon, who would win!!?

-Base Vlad and Base Houndoom are used

-Speed are equalized

-Both in character

-Place: Rumania i guess?
