The creature lifts many monsters without hurting them

Drac never seems to get hit by a full smack, but he does get crushed

I mean.. at most alot fo people just downscale from Dracula, since the bats from HT2 were able to take hits from Dracula and those Bats can also fight with the other members of the cast

I would say Frank, and The Vampires should just scale at most to Drac since they did more damage to the Bats than the others did

Heck, characters like Wayne, and that one Monster with the tentacles don't seem to have done that much damage at all

they do, but Wayne on the other hand at best bit a bat's ear but that didn't seem to do much to the Bat.

I think the makers downplayed Wayne so his children will have a role in the fight.

I know he's a werewolf but we don't know if werewolves in HT can do that?

Yeah, I made that page years ago; now I know that their curse is passed through heredity, not infection. I was planning a CRT to make them Limited for this Halloween.

I am not sure. I think that very self-evident revisions, such as this one based on an accepted calculation, only require one staff member evaluation, but may misremember.
