Bill takes this, yes, besides what Excel616 has said, he has an insane level of pain tolerance, prior to Stormbreaker he was on par with non-Mjolnir Thor and is willing to use more hax than Jane (things like attacks reflection/absorption, magnetism, etc)

Speaking of Jane's hax, though, her P&A section under "Thor" really needs to be reworked and updated with scans and references
She also shouldn't be stated to have ALL of Thor Odinson's P&A. Just have the ones that she displayed listed
