Hop (Universe 9) VS Kakunsa (Universe 2)

Kakunsa doesn't have a page Yet, Hop rating will change at the end of the Tounament of Power.
As for the fight Kahunsa wins. Hop could (with Lavender) go at Base Vegeta but was ultimately defeated by his SS form. Kakunsa fought Android 17 (Note 17 was holding back but when he said he is going to go serious, Kakunsa still keep up with him but in the end was ultimately defeated) so I'll assume she's on a casual Android 17's Level.
A casual Android 17 is stronger then SS Goku who is comparable to or a bit above SS Vegeta who defeated Hop easily.
So Kakunsa should be superior to Hop.
