No she wouldn’t cuz she’s obviously not powerful enough. But form my limited knowledge, if both Herrscher Cores and the Cocoon use the same principle (being a valve that controls Honkai in Singularities), then theoretically you can disrupt the Cocoon’s influence with strong enough EM Waves

Yeah Mei has power nulls for that reason, the YouTube clip is linked but it’s explained in chapter 19 that she can weaken the link between a Herrscher and imaginary space

Kiana also benefit from Kevin Honkai gene due to being Kaslana albeit on lesser scale, without Project STIGMA Kiana will never have Finality power, Mei will never awaken Origin power, Bronya will never get to unlock full power of Reason and forever stuck with Temu Reason like Welt, very convenience aren't it that Project STIGMA seems to profit Trio a lot more than Kevin, there also the fact that Finality inside Kevin trying it best to kill Kevin but somehow fail to do so since Garuda gene of Kevin is just that OP for some reason
