If you really want to reach you could say that humans can only recognise 11D (stated in Dudu VN) thus the Tree could have higher dimensions and it still works with the cocoon transcending dimensions.
Still there's no full proof it's above 11D I think.
 
I am still thinking about the entity that su meet, when he talk about universal truth that even transcend honkai. Maybe a deeper layer beyond 11D still might be a thing?
