why is kevin unironically the only consistant scaling

since he is supposed to be like Final boss level kind of guy MHY just give him absolute sh*t ton of power while having him does thing with absolute bare minimum effort and just make him mostly disappear from the story until his arc come so he can escape their weird scaling and guess what the dude just end up being way too OP in the end

I actually kinda agree cause 3-B physically Low 1-C with SoE would be strange cause the profiles would be implying he deadass is physically punching people in fights and not using the weapon.
Rather than the more logical (cope) deduction that he’s not using its strongest moves
