ebon deer just had strong regen and they were one shotting it every time so the only thing was to just cut off the arbor from it

Nah he's unironically less consistent than every other character solely because devs are afraid to make HSR players learn even a tiddlywink about Hi3. You get Welt, stalling Kevin, threatening Acheron with SoE, but 'Ebon deer' and 'Aventurine' like what are we doing bro. He should be solo'ing everyone weaker than an Emanator himself.
