I guess this also puts an end to the whole thing of some people arguing Emanators are stronger than (most) HI3 Herrschers cause if a weakened (due to lack of Honkai Energy) Welt is comparable to one of the strongest emanators in the story, that means there are so many people from HI3 that would probably mid to no diff to outright stomp Zephyro lmao.

Because it hasn't happened yet. And we don't know if Welt will somehow gain anything within the timeframe before this event.
What we only have is the fact that this event will happen.
You could also separate it as a separate Key, like Future Welt but that would require a note explaining why this key is vague and lacks information other that this feat

Just so ya’ll know, if you look closely, the animation shows Zephyro’s white hole slowly overtaking Welt’s black hole (as in, absorbing it). Not sure if this affects the 1-B rating but I heavily doubt that they’re “equal”. Welt just seems like a catalyst whereas Zephyro is the main guy ending everything, which honestly makes more sense. But again, not sure if this specifically affects 1-B for Welt; that might still be fine.

well elio script never lies, meaning “devour each other” is more likely than zephyro beating welt since this also means they wanna hype zephy as the strongest LR (which he is)

The Scripts literally say the cosmos will be ruptured so even though it will eventually lead to to their defeat
that also means the universe will also be destroyed.
When Kafka is explaining how scripts would end
it would mean everything would end
So Herta Irontomb End
Celanova and Lightninglord merging with godslayer end
White Hole and Black Hole end (which also implies Zephyro would also die alongside the cosmos and everyone else)
and Remembrance finality where everything will br frozen

Yeah, even if we were to take it as Zephyro ultimately winning the fight instead of it ending in a mutual destruction thing which is what the Script's words imply is what would happen, that doesn't change the fact that Welt would've fought with him comparably enough to the point their fight would end up resulting in the "rupture of the cosmos".

Since this what-if scenario is if we went there instead of Amphoreus first
So those end-of-script will not happen anymore.
At best, Lushaka will no longer have to worry about Irontomb ascent, so I guess that will be peaceful until we leave
And if the Xianzhou actually rallied in Amphoreus, that might change how it will play out with Celenova, and the 8th Lord Ravager likely not happening since their focus shifted instead of losing their trailblaze
Zephyro in the glass belt. im not sure if any events in Amphoreus affects his apperance in that planet but likely it will

Likely is infinitely better than eventually rating yeah. I personally think it qualifies for outright rating due to other existing evidence but that also works way better than the eventually proposal

Why are you attributing a specific interaction as if it’s some ability that Welt can use lol? This whole thing is quite literally enabled specifically by Zephyro. It’s just some interaction that happens but it says nothing about their powerlevel.
Like, the “flash of light” in the animation signifying the end literally happens AFTER Zephyro fully absorbs Welt’s black hole. Is this not an indicator to strength? Am I missing something?

Doesn't surpass the glazing that the Astral Express have been giving Welt for 3 years straight or the glazing Welt gives to Pom-Pom

This is just ignorance atp. I’m specifically talking about scaling here. Not what happens in a hyperspecific scenario. Welt just simply isn’t as strong here (which you seem to admit as well?)
