Actually it’s way more likely for IX to be Imaginary Space. It fits in wayyyyy too well to be coincidental.

In Aha’s ascension myth, it is analogized as the void between worlds, which is much more consistent with IS rather than SoQ.

1 - The Sea of Quanta has deeper parts that are abysses. Acheron has a void domain of her own, evidently not fully IX but veering closer to its influence.
2 - The SoQ is described as a chaos.
3 - The SoQ is a limit of materiality, in the same way anything material and even existence itself decays / is washed away in there.
4 - SoQ is just entropy, this one doesn't line up.
5 - The SoQ uses Honkai Energy too.
6 - Said looping would be what the SoQ is taking advantage of, eating any worlds that fall into it.
7 - Entropy is the opposite of order, in which the SoQ is the opposite of order too.
8 - SoQ enemies are called Quantum 'shadows' - SoQ is themed around Nihility.
Genuinely most of these connections don't fit all that well and can also be applied to the SoQ.

Taking advantage of wouldn’t be the proper reference to IX being the background of looping. That’s belong to Imaginary Space.

just to expand on this a bit iirc Nihilius name in CN is straight up Nihilism but the other 2 of the big 3 is Existentialism and Mysticism so how much can you link Husk family to IX going to be interesting, but worst of all there exist Husk - This Cage which whoever in MHY named it this really need therapy

No one ever wants to evaluate a thread for this verse being fr all i see is complaints from staff “Bruhhh” “i hoyo isnt a verse im knowledgeable of” “why are there so many crts” and no evaluations for days. I get theres verses that have it worst, like battle cats having a year long thread, but it feels extensively shitty to have to ask literally every staff for a CHANCE someone reads the crt and even then if they reply to the message sometimes there is no evaluation. Yet you see them on other crts or discussions

I can understand getting annoyed with the amount of crts we have put out recently but bro EVERYONE knows this verse is a mess rn. But if we close everything and wait for a big massive revision thread for the verse no one is gonna read it cause its more than a paragraph this is the same situation the nasu guys are in.

I dont like complaining because at the end of the day this is a hobby and no one is required to look at a crt but it slightly annoys me when people apply for the position to evaluate crts then complain when you ask them to do that and the reasoning behind it makes me even more annoyed

The small sybolisms with the stars and the trailblazers on the railroad are a very nice touch its things like that that keep me interestedonly reason i started caring about welt’s backstory and hi3 was cus of his splash art
