In 3.8, if we follow the dialogues to the letter, Firefly and Constance clearly state that the Trailblazer can decide the fate of the cosmos (not to mention Herta who states in 3.7 that the choice of the latter determines the fate of the cosmos when she connects to Nous to rewrite the 4th Instant, which proved useless for this reason)

terminus is the aeon of time right, which means he can control the flow of time throughout the universe and possibilities. Terminus splits himself into black cats and sends them throughout the universe. the dahlia says one black cat wont be enough to help the TB save firefly. terminus is weaker when hes a cat.

Constance says that a single black cat "can't change much," which doesn't mean it's weaker, nor that it won't be enough to save Firefly
Its influence is simply diminished, since it's like 1/1000th of Terminus
Basically, a single black cat won't grant you the full power of Terminus; otherwise, imagine the Stellaron Hunters carrying the entirety of Terminus around with them for years

Or maybe I'm just an idiot (a hypothesis that I do not specifically rule out)

We need to distinguish between what Aha considers a joke and what is actually true. To understand this, let’s divide the text and analyze it from Aha’s perspective, from our perspective as players, and from the story’s perspective. Before that, let’s understand the structure of the text. It consists of three parts:
A strong rhetorical question.

Dramatic escalation.

Reversal / incongruity.

This structure is commonly used in jokes and humor. Here are examples for clarification:

“Can you stop a charging train head-on? Even armored cars can’t. What are you made of?”

These examples follow the same structure.
Now let’s return to the original text.

In the first part, it is a question: “ you can take Acheron’s blade head on?” It is presented as if it describes something that already happened. From the story’s perspective, this never happened, and it would not make sense. However, from our perspective as players, a traffic light did in fact block Acheron’s ultimate strike in gameplay. As you know, this is a popular meme within the community, and Aha and the Masked Fools often break the fourth wall. Therefore, Aha could be referring to something that happened in gameplay — a well-known meme among players — and that is amusing and delightful from Aha’s perspective.
The second part: “Even Zephyro can't take Acheron’s blade head on.” From both the story’s perspective and the players’ perspective, this is logical. Acheron is an Emanator of the strongest Aeon, and even drawing her blade was enough to unintentionally spread Nihility across the Sweet Dream, which is the size of a galaxy. From Aha’s perspective, this does not seem humorous nor like a joke, given how close they are in power. Aha spreads jokes, not lies or slander. The use of Zephyro in this context clearly indicates that he is being used as a benchmark for strength. Whether this part is true or not does not benefit Aha in any way. After all, he is an Aeon and would not care about portraying one Emanator of Nihility as stronger than one Emanator of Nanook. Aha holds no grudges against Nanook.
The third part: “You are stronger than Zephyro.” From the story’s perspective, this is nonsense. From the players’ perspective, this is clearly a joke. From Aha’s perspective, this is the delight. He used a well-known meme through breaking the fourth wall in order to make a random traffic light stronger than the fiercest current enemy in the story. If you think about it from his perspective, that is completely amusing, and that serves his purpose. The idea that Acheron is stronger than Zephyro is not funny, since they are roughly at the same level. However, the idea that something trivial is stronger than Zephyro is the delight from Aha’s perspective.
From another linguistic perspective, I will explain the structure of this template and where the joke lies and why it is a joke. As mentioned earlier, this structure consists of three parts and is often used in jokes:

The rhetorical question: It begins with an impossible challenge — “Can you face X?”

Dramatic escalation: It suddenly escalates the situation by mentioning something that fails in comparison, making it seem even more impossible. This part functions as a benchmark, not as a joke. You cannot lie for the sake of escalation — “Even Y cannot face it.”

The reversal / incongruity: This is what makes it a joke — “Then you are stronger than Y.”

To further clarify the importance of the third part, let us slightly modify the structure. The sentence “Can you face a nuclear bomb? Even tanks cannot. You are stronger than tanks.” If we remove the third part, it becomes: “Can you face a nuclear bomb? Even tanks cannot.” As you can see, this becomes a simple statement of fact and has no connection to comedy. Therefore, Zephyro is used as escalation so that the third part becomes humorous.

As I mentioned earlier, the second part cannot be false, otherwise the joke loses its meaning. Imagine if the text were: “Can you face Acheron’s blade? Even a child cannot face it. You are stronger than a child.” This does not seem funny and instead sounds like mockery of the target. I do not understand why Aha would mock a random traffic light.

If we assume Zephyro can actually tank the strike, then the comparison fails dramatically. To clarify one last time, I will use another example: “Can you stop a bullet? Even tanks cannot. You are stronger than tanks.” Since tanks can, in reality, stop bullets, this would make the sentence sound foolish and illogical. If the second part is incorrect or weak, the comparison loses its comedic meaning.

So IMO the joke is not complete nonsense
