As the joke would imply. The player activates the receiver. However since homer is a really good shot, and really fast on foot (speed equal or not, he should cover the distance in no time due to supersonic foot speed). He runs up and shoots him likely before he can shoot away in his ship. And even if the player gets in his ship, Homer shoots it down with a much too powerful 8-C Gun. It crashes. The nuke goes off after landing, GG. They both die

It's a joke on Inconclusives. He has a dwarf star level nuke. He can easily Inconclusive his fights if Bloodlusted
