Her Durability being 898 Tons of TNT is pretty crazy. Homelander is about to get washed by a 4 year old girl.

Homelander's only source of real damage would be his Heat Vision. His range his superior as well, in fact if he was smart he'd fly high in the sky and laser from out of her range. Too bad Homelander likes to start out close, but I imagine he'd refuse to accept being outclassed by a literal child.

Her singing being a sonic weapon is actually funny, since that'd really mess up his ears with their more enhanced hearing. Which would be bad if he tries to take advantage of his LS being higher, though I don't think he can actually grab this child. Profile alone tells me she's far more skilled at combat than he is.

Voting Hifumi for superior AP/Dura, far superior combat skill, and vastly more variety in terms of abilities.

Homelander's only advantages are heat vision, combined with his flight and range. While his LS is superior, it's far more likely she beats him than him grabbing her. And there's no way this man would play defensively against a literal child, he's more likely to get enraged and charge at her more.

Even if he did, he's never going to defeat her with that. She should be able to avoid it easily and could make him lose track of her with her stealth.
