fixed it. You're main power comes from your NPs, so I lowered your physical stats and increased your mana to use them.

Wellll...just look at this NP:
"BP-Drive: The Weapon that rend Heaven and Earth"
Broken Phantasm, by overloading the NP, you could temporaly raise the weapon rank in exchange for the lost of it, through explosion.
By ultilizing the explosive power of it, he have constructed a BP-Drive:A reaction drive that used the annihilation of NP itself to power and propel a projectile over.
"A reaction drive's efficiency as a weapon is in direct proportion to its efficiency as a drive."
Using this principle, by putting a miniturize BP-Drive in the mechanism of a bullet, and a railgun system that act as a assist launcher built into the rifle, the speed and thus, the resulting damage is directly proportional to the ability of the NP: Rending both Heaven and Earth in an cleansing fire.
However, because the Servant itself is using himself, as a living NP, both for the rifle and the bullet. Moreover, to use the concept of self-sacrifice from the famed legendary archer that draw the boundary to further power the phenomenon, everytime he shoot, is everytime he chipped himself, both body and soul.
However...it doesn't matter to him.
