Anyway, bird is faster, and should be able to dodge the Guardian's lasers, especially since they have a blind spot above them. So I vote KFC for this reason.

Flight alone make it almost imposible for the Guardian even hit him let alone win.
If Ho-Oh had to get in close then maby it could win(depending on the AP), but Ho-Oh can literally rain fire down on it.
