Hit vs Sailor Pluto.

Goku struggled against Pluto due to her time manipulation. Will Hit's minor time control be enough to win it for him?

We'll assume the "Unknown" portion of Pluto is 3-A and go with the highest listing.

Hit wins this since Pluto's time stop is taboo for her and hit can spam the time skip as much as he wants, and if Pluto gets through it somehow, hit can improve the length of the time skip to make it harder on pluto.

Sailor Pluto is immune to time stop and can make others immune as well. She won't be able to stop time her self, since the taboo against her will kill her.

But that's not her only trick. She can move thorugh and out of time and attack Hit from afar. Teleport him thorugh space and time, throw him inside a time purgatory. Or just spam her attacks from outside time.

If what the guy above me said is true, then I'm going with him, along with the fact that with Lambda, she can use any Sailor's abilities.

Time Stop: Pluto's forbidden power. She described it as "the ultimate taboo she couldn't break." She only used this maneuver once in the manga, at the end of the Black Moon Arc (she also used it once in the anime, at the end of Sailor Moon S). Pluto can use this power to stop time for a limited period, but at the cost of her life (or at least until she is reborn via her Sailor Crystal). She can choose who is unaffected by the Time Stop.

It states she can make other unaffected by HER time stop, there's no mention on her being immune to other time stops like Hit's.

Unless there's something I'm missing then Hit can take with mid-high difficulty. (He's a assassin he'll being going for killing blows all of the time.)

Well You can't really assume AP and even if you could one attack from hit can kill her since her dura isn't Universal as well.

And it is stated that she exists outside space and time. Also, to be frank her timestop is way better than Hit's. Goku was able to go unaffected by increasing his speed and strength and Hit had to extend his time stop to compensate for that. Sailor Pluto's was able to affect Death Phantom, who was warping all of spacetime. And would his timestop even work outside of time?

Hit didn't increase the length of his time skip to beat Goku's speed. He froze Goku inside the time Leap. They were two different techniques. LOOK at Hits profile, it is listed as two completley different techniques. (Time Leap, and Time Freeze). Hit takes this Mid difficulty.

To be honest, Hit would have destroyed killed Goku if it was allowed.

His Time Leap, Time Stop, and self improvement gives him the edge. Also to add, if he looks at this as an assassination, it's pretty much over

Sailor Pluto wins because she exists outside space-time so she's not affected by time manipulation. This is almost as bad as SS vs DBS.
