Orochi's scaling chain goes like this:

Orochi gave a mere fraction of his power to Leopold Goenitz, who stomped Kyo Kusanagi in their first fight, who should be compareable to Takuma Sakazaki and Bao even before training to defeat the Orochi Clan, who deflected and absorbed a 5 megaton attack respectively. It should also be noted that even after Kyo's training, Goenitz was still able to fight Kyo, Iori and Chizuru.

Why aren't 1-A and 1-A+ seperate tiers? Difference between them is as great as difference between 1-A+ and High 1-A not really but kinda
 
That's like saying 1-C should be separated into different tiers because it covers 7-D, 8-D and 9-D.
 
I think that's different, we put a + end of their Ap which makes them look like a seperate tier while simultanously being part of 1-A
 
Currently the only 1-A+s who have been able to beat 3812 are the ones with High 1-A hax. Without it 3812 passively AP stomps via ascension
 
Vigelfortz has the highest 8-C AP value for casually one shot Geralt, who scales to 1.9 tons. Above Iron Man's 8 gigajoules
 
Just saying that New Timeline Soul Calibur characters backscale from 1.65 Megatons so they should over take the current High 7-C character whose actually no longer High 7-C.
 
I mean i think all dimensions outside of 5D should all be roped into 1-C, with 1-B being infinite D, but that's just me
 
low 1C should be Yhvh ?

4A should be someone from DBGT or Kirby ?

Low 1A should be Manifold or Azrael ?

High 1A should be The Writers he trans other high 1As as they are only fictions to him / her

and restrict only he/she is fiction to other Earths.

2C Who can bust 999 universes should take this (or nearly that)

10-B should be someone who can strong normal human
