In Coiling Dragon, the Material Planes have normal Gravity but the Higher Planes have it x100 times higher. It's stated in the novel that the higher the gravity is for a Plane then it's more stable, making it harder to affect it.
Example: In a Material Plane a character may shatter and collapse the Space just by swinging his fist/sword wherever it passes through but in a Higher, Plane is not able.
Would this affect the Attack Potency if a character after training is able to do the same feat in the Higher Plane?
I know the speed will be affected and the lifting strength.
