Thinking about it...neither could really do anything to the other for a while. This fight is a lot like Bolas vs. 682...Bolas has tons of abilities but still has really nothing to kill it...Apeiros looks at it and gains all info on it since her mind is countless dimensions higher than regular...she knows she really can't do anything and stuff...seems a stalemate. They also seem like they'd just constantly adapt to each other forever so who knows. Her Low 2-C resistance to hax would also be a problem for him...

Higher dimensional essence is restricted. We had a whole thread on that and another one to restrict HD type 9 just like any other HD immo as a result and pretty much everyone agreed to it.
Apeiros mimics, conceptually kills, survives the Universe Bust via Immortality and Regen, then calls it a day.

You don't need to kill it to kill 682, you can tear 682 into little pieces (like Kharn did) and it'll die, if it doesn't regenerate.
Basically restricting the higher-d essence is restricting the Low-Godly regen from what I've heard. Not sure.
From what I can gather, the essence is his soul basically.

Same way you don't need HD power to kill Emprah when Immo restricted.
Same way you don't need to do affect High 1-C YHVH to beat a particular head when that's restricted and so on.
So no, restricting Higher Dimensional type 9 has nothing to do with restricting Regen entirely.
It's just getting the whole "You need HD power to kill it" out of the way.

It has resistance to Conceptual Manip listed, but there is no justification for that in the profile or where it came from. So I'm not assuming it will outright nope every kind of Conceptual Manipulation in existence.
That kinda implies to me that it's nowhere near enough of a feat to be resisting Conceptual Killing on Apeiros lvl. Even moreso when we're talking about the character who was previously given IMMUNITY to All Types of Reality Warping for no actual reason (this is in regards to 682, btw. Yes, that was a thing).

Well, to be fair, the mechanic is not that different from using lower keys from characters who would otherwise metastomp at their peak (looking at you, Rein) or equalizing speed to avoid blitzes.
