If a character is able to separate a certain thing (such as the universe) from the Higher-D level, does this give it HDM since being separating this thing from the highest level in the existing.

If a character can separate place of existence from Higher-D existence, is this give him a HDM? let's take Lloyd for example, Lloyd able to separate a level of existence from the highest level of existence in the cosmology which contains everything, but made Lloyd one of the levels of this existence separate from the highest forms of existence. Can you reword the question?
In Paradox's case? He separated FOC from Space Beyond, which is a highest form of existence, and he made FOC out of sync with all time and entirely unreachable/inaccessible by anything and even Space Beyond. So like, removing a Universe from a being embedded in a High-Dimensional Membrane or something? I can see that being Dimensional Manipulation.
It made FOC outside space-time and at the same time above Space Beyond.Making something out of sync with all time, and unreachable isn't the same as separating it from a higher dimensional space.
So is still Dimensional Manipulation or not?Yeah, I don't think so.
The Space Beyond is a higher space-time causality/higher dimensional space[26D] and the FoC is unreachable/inaccessible from it. So it is seperate from the higher dimensional dimensional Space Beyond.Making something out of sync with all time, and unreachable isn't the same as separating it from a higher dimensional space.
