Static Shock can use magnetism manip, tech manip, radiation manip, and force field generation to give himself some edges (And I believe he’s got an AP advantage), while Electro’s got paralysis inducement, tech manip, teleportation, shockwave generation, telekinesis, and the LS advantage. So yeah, they theoretically have ways of counteracting and harming each other lol. Besides those hax Static Shocks main win con would be to overload electro with power (although it would be hard because Electro’s boosted by Iron Man’s arc reactor that was capable of containing Thors lightning) while Electro’s would be power absorbing Static to the point he’s debuffed to 9-A but that comes at the cost at overloading for him.
