Let say this character, A don’t have past nor future but only have present. If character B erase his time of ‘present’ and he return from the erasure, would he technically qualify for high godly?

Erasing someone from the present would include their Mind/Body/Soul and Current History unless stated otherwise. Regenerating from that would be High Godly.
