I switched the win condition to KO.

If the win condition is K.O., I give it to Genos via flight, better range, and also arguably more intelligence. He'd also be more likely to take a fight like this seriously, in my opinion.

True... Then comes the part where Tom's Regen/type 3 immortality and Toon fuckery hax ensues making it near impossible for Genos to kill Tom. So while yes Genos has more intellect and possibly more range as time progresses Tom's qualities would actually overwhelm Genos overall, does seem to have even more absurd stamina and one to take more punishment, Vote wanna have a bad tom FRA.
