Can Ikki make it in then? He's not High 7-A physically but he has High 7-A amps and techniques. Cus Stella and the others are a lot trickier than him.

Fragmented Naruto knowledge, i remembered it as casting some basic genjutsu once you looked into a Sharingan, but as long as Kakashi fulfills the above condition (See answer to Earl) he should be fine

I mean, if in a fight Phantom Form is too much we can always say "Rakudai tournament rules" in that fight. Which means "material form has to be used" so he has to whack his opponents to death.

Edit: You know how easy it is to restrict Ikki's stuff without it being a restricted match.

I was using Reigen because he is less popular (For matches) and less experienced (Giving the others a better chance).

But sure, I'll switch him out for Toichiro lol. That sounds interesting (And gives me a better chance of winning).

It'll be for other keys though. Only his AP will change in this key.

But that also depends a bit on dargoo
