High 6-C No Holds Barred Tournament

One of these days I'll actually finish a tournament...

Rules:
  • The hero should be High 6-C at base but are allowed to access the tier via amps, and conversely allowed to have amps that let them scale higher, but must have High 6-C durability
  • All haxes and smurfs allowed; Only condition is that they're not currently in the Top 5 Strongest High 6-C heroes list
  • Battles will take place where characters are both simultaneously at their strongest
  • Only one character per person and 2 characters per verse with consideration that characters have not canonically fought. If there aren't enough participants, I'll let people to use one more.
  • SBA otherwise
  • No AP restrictions as long as within High 6-C range
  • 16 participants for now
  • Just a kind reminder that this is a no-holds barred tournament, so expect a lot of stomps and also a lot of bullshit

Dang, high 6-C’s a tier?
We have so many I forget some exist ngl lol

He’s no smurf, but he is the best superhero. Gimme Hulk in his strongest 6-C high key for 10,000, please.
I dunno a lot about him tbh but it’d be cool to see how he fairs.
 
Well, as long as you acknowledge the last point, I'll let him in. Though iirc, Marvel's High 6-C rating is kind of in trouble right now given that it currently leads nowhere.
 
High 6-C Marvel is fine, but like, Hulk is functionally 4-B, so terrible character to pick
 
He should be alright if he hasn't fought Asta at this point or at the very least, this instance of Asta
 
...again Hulk will instantly stat amp across tiers. You shouldn't use him. He's functionality not a High 6-C
 
If I understand the amp things correctly, then Rensa #28 would be allowed, right?

Most To Aru characters aren't close to Tier 1. Just a very select few are, which obviously are those of the 100+ To Aru characters that get most talked about.
Well, Rensa is one of them, as she has Tier 1 reflection shield i.e. Tier 1 defences. Smurfs are explicitly allowed, though.

Magic Gods are, yes. Crowley is conditionally Tier 1. He can't just launch Tier 1 attacks whenever he wants, but needs to meet certain requirements first. Touma only has the ability to negate supernatural stuff up to tier 1, which means that his offence is only so great if you are a creature sustained by supernatural stuff.

He is only TIer 1 via a spell called Blasting Rod, which makes his attacks 10x stronger (and more range etc.) than the opponent thinks they will be. So in order to be Tier 1, he needs to make his opponent think he is Tier 1.

Ah I see, lol that's such a pity, I heavely doubt that anyone in this list would bow to his will like that lol. The weakness is huge.
 
Rensa should be fine, though her reflection shield doesn't stop her from being incapacitated by other means yes? I've already added her, just want to know
 
They can, but they should preferably stay within their tier rather than abruptly becoming many tiers higher
 
I did say amps are allowed but I don't think I'll allow transformation into another tier, so the Digimon can't turn 5-B

Depends on what you mean. If the attack has no vectors, then the shield won't do anything. If it has vectors than it will work against hax, too.
