They seem to be equal in AP (both scaling to someone who created a dimension large enough that a galaxy was visible in the distance). Hibiki would probably overwhelm him if she uses ignite module, but unless there's some CIS involved, Garo's sleep inducement, memory manip, life absorption, or soul manip seem like it would win this before she would Ignite.

A better match would be against Carol, tbh, but her profile is still incomplete.

He's just a golden Makai knight.

Makai can even be translated as 'Hell'.

To be honest, I'm still doubt that GARO series has anything, or beings that can be called 'divine'.

Well, Hibiki does have at least a form of Conceptual Manipulation or Power Nullification, where she just straight-up negates the regenerative abilities and invulnerability of a specially made Alca-noise. Not sure how it'll work out here.

Hibiki's power null is specifically against gods/deities/divine, no good against Garo. She can't kill him with his regen, and can be effortlessly incapped with sleep manip and memory manip and probably killed by soul manip and life absorption.
