Because aatrox isnt even alive, his body is just a meat puppet that is controlled by his consciousness which is housed in his sword. He has shown the capacity to force his host body to move and fight even as it is physically falling apart, and he can absorb biological matter from the surrounding area to rebuild his body should it be damaged, rather than regenerating his absorption allows him to add matter to himself to heal wounds and reconstruct his body

That would make things worse.
Passive rads>Aatrox cells dies>he adds matter around him to heal himself>the new flesh gets killed instantly by passive rads again.
Repeating that until he becomes a ball of meat cancer without legs,hands or arms without being able to wield his sword or walk, can he still move while he is in that state?does he have feats on his lore that can make him do that?.

Going off what was said about him being able to control a rotting vessel, I could see it still being useful.

As far as I can tell, Aatrox takes this. He has an effective around what Garou can throw at him, his experience means that Garou's abilities won't be that much of surprise to him, Aatrox himself is crazy skilled and starts with a 1000x AP gap, IIRC.

Radiation really doesn't matter to a demonically possessed meat-puppet that continues to move and fight even as its rotting away and he's never BFR something as large as Aatrox is. Plus, Aatrox can seal tears in reality anyway, so he might be able to just shut Garou's portals.

Has Aatrox demonstrated that he can do this to someone extremely faster than him?
Garou with his RE can play a card game with Genos, Tatsumaki and Saitama, work a supermarket shift, talk to his stepfather while Aatrox will be like a statue.

Okay, so to summarize, just from that list:
Shen has the ability to automatically react to attacks due to his energy in the spirit realm protecting his body in the physical realm by automatically making him dodge even if he isnt aware of an incoming attack.

The Voidborn are beings that are conceptually nonexistent and their capacity to evolve is to the point that they can evolve to conceptually exist even though it breaks every law of physical reality. Anything they consume they gain all the powers and traits of, and any voidborn with the ability to project void energy automatically absorbs all information about the things they fight or attack, including inanimate objects, if they are in proximity of their energy, and does so on a conceptual level even for things as abstract as the laws of time and the arcane geometry that governs reality. And aatrox fought against entire armies of these things in a several thousand year long war, so beings with garou's level of adaptability and comprehension capabilities are not something new to him, on the contrary he has an excess amount of experience fighting people like garou.
Master Yi has dozens of years of experience in the art of Wuju, and even before Yi mastered Wuju he was considered one of the most skilled practitioners of the martial art. Wuju Style requires an immense amount of patience and strategy, centered around analyzing the opponent for any openings or weaknesses before killing them with a single cut. Shen has demonstrated the ability to, while in a crowded, busy ballroom, instantly deduce that his target was half a finger length too far way for him to be able to attack the moment he saw him, despite the latter being in a disguise and a master of stealth attempting to avoid detection.
