From what I can tell of OPM characters, they don't go around pulling a speedesters and destroying everything in a second, they should have more than enough time to handle him. Just track him with Nigredo, teleport nearby while invisible, stop time and kill him.

Puella Magi Verse: his speed really helps him, though if he slows down for any long amount enough of time any witch mindhaxes and reality warps. He just won't be able to kill some even if he's faster and stronger like lapin and isabeau. Gets absorbed by kg or aoc

Mob. Mogami crushes I think Kimetsu no Yaiba: Gets rekt dunno if Garou can bypass demon's regen though. Nier Automata: Most low to high tiers get crushed loses to red girl and emil if he uses explosion of mutiple copies Undertale: Sans has a decent chance Chara and Asriel stomp One Punch Man: Saitama beats him Konosuba: Can't bypass vanir's regen and hax
