It could be either 2-A or High 1-B honestly. Nearly every top-god tier should get the varying rating. It is very confusing and conflicting at times.

"Grand" scale ? That varies so much dude.... Eternity's grand scale has been 2-A Multiple times.

That has almost nothing to do with it. Albeit, the whole Infinite Higher-Dimensions statement kinda does. It was from the Chaos King arc. In the Chaos King event, the Multiverse had Infinite Levels and or Layers . That's pretty much HIgh 1-B... Anything involving every plane of reality or all levels of reality are High 1-B in Marvel's case.
