Dude has far better time bullshit than Jotaro ever did, and KC not being able to put its entire arm through her in one punch won't even have a chance to catch him off guard thanks to precog that he abuses hilariously often. And there's really nothing stopping KC from pummeling her to death the same way Star Platinum could.
She doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell.
