Upon thinking about it more, I'm not really sure if Henry's instant death hax is actually instant death (at least not as fast as originally believed.). The only time he killed something instantly was in Miriel's support. Against a snake with an unknown curse. There's no way to know whether it was instant death or he simply did enough damage to kill an animal as small as a snake through unconventional means.
Yes, he has other death curses, but there's no way to tell whether or not Anna could resist them like Sully did, and all she really needs is a few seconds to really screw him over.
Still lets not forget Henry has other options than "Instant death" so it could still go either way.
Switching back to inconclusive.
