Help making a valid page for Darkstalker?

I want to make a page for this character, but the page has been created and deleted four times. I was wondering if I could possibly create a new page that wouldn't have these problems? I'm not 100% what was wrong with the past pages, but some of my ideas aren't this

1) The character himself if just too badly written to be effectively power-scaled(Reasonable--though I think we could do a decent job if we go off of feats and not in-universe statements)

2) The series isn't popular enough(Also reasonable--nothing I can do about this)

3) Past pages were simply low-quality(Decently likely and relatively easy to fix; I'm hoping this is the problem)


Also; is this the proper board for asking a question like this? I wasn't able to find anything in a quick scan of the rules about where to ask for help writing pages, I decided this was my best bet

As for your board question I don't really think there is one. It'd be here or Q&A.

As for the file, how recently were the previous iterations deleted, and were they made by you? If yes to the latter, talk to whoever deleted. If it was deleted a long time ago for some other issue, I'd say ask whoever deleted it why and heed their advice on how to not get your version removed. Otherwise, you should be fine to make the profile.

I don't know this verse though so I can't help there.

There were four past deleted versions of the page; the most recent one was made by me and I was the only contributer; no reason was listed. The previous two had different reasons listed(one was "Seems very wanked", the other was "Poor quality page.") and didn't have listed contributers. The first was made and contributed to solely by MasterOfArda, with no reason listed. All four pages were deleted by different mods. The most recent one was made october 2017
