Oddly enough vice versa. Schrodinger's Type of abstraction is type 1 while Alucard's imaginary numbers stuff was never really touched upon since we tried to use that for NEP which got rejected and replaced with Type 1 AE.You mean Alucard, right? Cuz he is the one that made it as imaginary numbers and all that shit while the cat one is this which sounds like type 2 to me.
