Dio's RW is treated as EE or possibly power null. Since sonic can come back from being erased Dio has no way of killing him So Dios best bet is his corruption

everything dio does is reality warping based so i don't think sonic resists, either way sonic has type 8 so it doesn't matter he'll just come back
