Heaven Ascension DIO downgrades

I figured somebody should have to point out how The World: Over Heaven has Infinite Speed via scaling to Johnny's Tusk Act 4 and Giorno's GER, when neither of which have infinite speed on their profiles.

I suggest TWOH be downgraded to Massively FTL instead.

Whether or not GER should have Infinite speed is currently being discussed. Perhaps we should wait until a decision there is met before we downgrade TWOH?

Worse case scenario is it gets a acasual and MFTL speeds. Unless it somehow scales off of peak MIH in which case who knows.

It was supposed to scale off from GER. But seeing as a CERTAIN SOMEONE went and took that down without having a discussion on a CRT or otherwise beforehand, it's likely going to just get a MFTL rating via scaling from SP or Tusk ACT4. At least that's how it might be.......when nobody decided to make a CRT about it......where people just go onto message walls rather than properly doing it the right way....................

It's not really even acasual, more it just has stronger reality warping than GER so it nullifies its ability.
