He-Man Downgrade (Low 1-C→2-A)

He-Man's Low 1-C justification relies on cross-scaling to DC's Hypertime, which we no longer consider Low 1-C, only 2-A, so He-Man's Low 1-C ratings should be removed, leaving only the current 2-A ratings.

For the record, you don’t need to make a CRT for this.

If something is already established in one CRT, and if someone simply didnt edit all affected pages to reflect that, you can just go ahead and fix it. You only need a CRT if you’re proposing something not already accepted. I can provide examples of trusted staff doing so if you’d like.
