This was never accepted nor agreed on. The calc member agreed to the calcs before this was added to it, and the mere fact of adding it is not ok. First of all, being described as a "city blackout" doesn't mean AP at all. Literally, it doesn't even mean ranged. This is how Vox's demon form looks, not how powerful he is. And for Charlie, remove the "Created a skybox and a candy-riddled landscape" from her AP, as this literally is artistic choice in a musical number, which is what gives her Broadway Force. Also for charlie, remove any hax that happened in the musical number, such as Teleportation and Reality Warping (none of the justifications are sound).

TL;DR: 7-C+ was never accepted and Charlie has bad justifications.

All Imps should just have the Immunity re-named to resistance
Cherri Bomb literally doesn't have explosion manipulation in her page
Sir Pentious literally outside possibly resistance to poison has everything he could get from snakes, the more abilities from snakes is pointless
Last point to Vaggie because what animal she based on?

Like read the interview:

Q: "What would Vox's full demon form look like, in your opinion?"
A: "Like a city blackout."

It's not saying he actually causes a blackout, it just says he looks like this thing. Considering that "a city blackout" is not a object you can physically describe it's just word salad that has no bearing on a calc and no assumptions can be made of it.

I can probably also go into how "causing a blackout" means literally nothing for anything besides electronics manipulation (unless there's evidence he uses the energy to amp his physicals, which there isn't) but the the thing the calc is calcing never actually happens.

Glad to hear it wasn't accepted yet though, definitely should get some calc members to comment on it.

All Broadway Force does is make people join in on a song and dance. It has nothing to do with the things Charlie did. You could probably make Toon Force out of it, though.

Background is artistic preference, Toon Force seems appropriate.

If the feat is invalidated through a CRT, whoever is proposing the CRT ( @InfiniteDay ) can remove it if they want to put the time into it.

If the feats are later eval'd/updated in some way through a calc then another CRT is necessary to re-add it.
