Hazbin Hotel Discussion Thread

I would like to bring to everyones attention that I (poorly) calced AL dodging Vals 3 shots, long story short, the 1st one was kinda ambiguous, the 3rd one went behind him, and the 2nd one was actually dodged, even with assuming a larger distance and (probably) slower round, I still got supersonic, mind you, I assumed that, since AL was just about in the center, that he had 4 ft to work with for the dodge, which is clearly too much, but even then he's supersonic, I need someone to calc it gud so we can finally solidify supersonic mid/high tiers.
For ref, my bad calcs, Distance the projectile was away from the character when it was first fired in meters is close to the same as when he dodged due to the smoke obscuring his vision so I'm making it 6 ft due to that being about when they got in, and otherwise the number would be 0 Divided by ___m/s, and his perceptions aren't f'ing 0:
Colt Paterson speed using 268 m/s
Assuming 5 ft to dodge 1.8288 m - 1.524 m = 0.3048/268 = 0.001137 (Subsonic)
Assuming 4 ft to dodge 1.8288 m - 1.2192 m = 0.6096/268 = 0.00227 (Transonic)
Assuming 3ft to dodge 1.8288 m - 0.9144 m = 0.9144/268 = 0.003411 (Subsonic+???)

Smith & Wesson Model 500 speed 632 m/s
Assuming 5 ft to dodge 1.8288 m - 1.524 m = 0.3048/632 = 0.00048 (Supersonic+)
Assuming 4 ft to dodge 1.8288 m - 1.2192 m = 0.6096/632 = 0.00096 (Supersonic+)
Assuming 3ft to dodge 1.8288 m - 0.9144 = 0.9144/632 = 0.001446 (Supersonic+)

Math is strange, dunno why the smaller values were getting slower results, but yea, I only used the Colt to exaggerate the point that this feat HAS to be somewhere in the supersonic category, ain't no way Vals revolver isn't at least transonic, and for the last time, I know that these aren't usable for the profile, just wanted to make the point that a proper calc would place AL at around transonic/supersonic

TheOrangeGuy09 said he has a calc for it but we could use more than one calc for it so put this in a blog and try getting it evaluated

Imo, FP Alastor should be “8-A physically (Can one-shot Sir Pentious), Varies with Magic, 8-A with casual attacks (Can effortlessly injure Sir Pentious, generated a big explosion), Low 7-C with more powerful attacks (Yada yada Pilot explosion which he put effort to), 7-C with strongest attacks (Harmed General of Exorcists and stuff)” in AP

Imma be fr, I actually think it should just be;

8-A; Up to Low 7-C to At Most 7-C with Magic

Seperating his 8-A attacks and 8-A attacks doesn't make much sense. The Sir Pentious stuff is just him holding back/toying and isn't really needed for tiering.

Fair enough. Tho Varies should stay.

My expectation is that Alastor is going to become more powerful by the end of Season 2 once he gets his staff fixed.

I am also expecting the Vees to survive this season. I frankly don't see Vivzie killing off all three of them (Although i may be pleasantly surprised if so)

Stronger than his base. I fully expect him to become stronger than he ever was by the end of Season 2. I'm fairly certain it's building up to him becoming an antagonist of one of the future seasons.

This better not be just a bluff✌️

Al is either gonna be the last one to be redeemed or he will be the last one to be killed (as the final antagonist)
I heavily doubt they will redeem Alastor. I don’t know how Alastor would even warm up to the idea.

I do think he’ll get more power and die betraying the main cast.

I think he'll die alright, but in sacrifice.

He IS literally Vivzie's favorite, remember?
