To be fair, it seems that the winner here is decided upon by range

If they start in Veronica's range, Veronica wins

If they start at 4km, then Haruhi wins, probably, if she thinks about it

harui can affect the entire timeline, future and past, like how her powers made one where there was no supernatural. so it really doesent, and she starts of willing to kill and in a fighting mentality

kinda, you either make her not willing to kill or unknowing of an enemy, thus making her the one being stomped, or make veronmica get reality warped
