Naruto wins, Naruto is Multi-Continental, Massively Hypersonic+( in the quadruple digits) and has more durability than Haru. Though it would be an interesting fight.

They both have hax but Narutos hax can bypass conventional durability.As for speed not sure but I think Naruto is likely the faster one.And power goes to Naruto with the exception that haru can seal large scale attacks.But that won't matter since Naruto can win with his TSB staff alone.

but not a single of narutos rasenshuriken versions could hurt Haru (because of runesave)and his TSB will also be cut since haru did destroyed a similar darkbring, a black ball that destroys everything it touches. so naruto shoukdnt be able to use any of his strongest attacks, and haru is in speed MHS+ like naruto,
