Small upgrade for Harold strokes author stating he's fast enough to dodge a bullets

So I'm proposing this

Subsonic (Can move faster than the eye can see. Can dodge and block multiple arrows), to likely supersonic (Stated by the author that he's fast enough to dodge a bullets [1]), Massively Hypersonic+ with Lightning Attacks (Can summon lightning bolts from the sky)

I think it should be likely or at most since "evading bullets" is pretty vague, could be aim dodging with his blur speed, there is the distance, etc, also bullets varying a little in speed too.

I'm fine with "likely supersonic+"
