Harley Quinn (DC Extended Universe) speed revision

As of lately, I've been reviewing some of Harley Quinn's feats and believe that her speed should be Peak Human, with Subsonic reactions and possibly attack speed as she has been shown to:

• Be able to react to this
• Dodge an attack by Incubus, who has SuperHuman movement speed
• Blitz people before they're able to react
• Multiple times, like here
• Or here
